These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EvoTripX's website and services. Please read them carefully before booking a trip with us.
Bookings & quotes
All quotes are indicative and based on availability at the time of enquiry. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and issue a written confirmation.
Pricing
Prices are typically quoted per person on a twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise. Rates may change due to availability, currency fluctuations, taxes or supplier revisions until the booking is confirmed.
Payments
A booking advance is required to confirm your trip, with the balance payable before the travel date as per the schedule shared with you. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding valid identification, passports, visas and any required permits. We provide guidance, but obtaining documents remains the traveller's responsibility.
Itinerary changes
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, operational or safety reasons. We will always aim to provide comparable alternatives where changes are necessary.
Liability
We act as a travel facilitator coordinating third-party services. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, supplier defaults or government actions.
